REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY: DANCEWEAR
This policy constitutes a legally-binding contract between you (hereafter referred to as CLIENT) and Mathieu Caron Inc (also known as Feeling Mathieu Caron).
Mathieu Caron Inc subscribes to a strict policy of no refunds and no exchanges on all its products and services, with the exception of its dancewear. This no-refund policy does not apply to all the dancewear bought by the CLIENT at the Mathieu Caron Inc workshop, one of its kiosks or on-line on it website.
In order to proceed with a return or an exchange, the merchandise must be in its original state: we cannot accept any item worn, washed, used or in disarray. The item(s) must be returned within 7 business days, following the purchase date with proof of transaction.
The CLIENT is held responsible for the delivery fees, as well as for any other fee, to proceed with the refund or exchange.
In the case that a refund is accepted by Mathieu Caron Inc, the CLIENT will be reimbursed the initial amount spent by the same payment method used for the purchase of the aforementioned item(s) within a 5-business day delay, following the reception of the returned merchandise
