Price:

A creation/consultation fee of $125,00 CAD is required in order to obtain your sketch. This fee is not deductible from the deposit if the design and estimate are accepted.

Refund policy

This policy constitutes a legally-binding contract between you (hereafter referred to as CLIENT) and Mathieu Caron Inc (also known as Feeling Mathieu Caron). Mathieu Caron Inc subscribes to a strict policy of no refunds on the deposits given by the CLIENT for the conception, modification, or alteration of existing, future, or new creations. Furthermore, there are no refunds for payments made, whether partial or final, for the conception, modification, or alteration of existing, future, or new creations. Mathieu Caron Inc subscribes to a strict policy of no refunds and no exchanges on all its products and services, more specifically on all deposits and payments made by the CLIENT for the reservation or for the purchase of second-hand costumes left on consignment with Mathieu Caron Inc. No second-hand costume purchased will be reimbursed nor exchanged: the purchase of such items constitutes a final sale. Furthermore, the same policy applies to deposits and payments made for all its rentals of costumes left on consignment. No deposit and no payment is refundable for the reservations or rentals of costumes aforementioned. In addition, delivery fees, if applicable, as well as applicable taxes are non-refundable.
